In our ever faster changing society, which is in addition globalizing at high speed, innovative and creative players have the future. Ever more often the large, globally operating multi nationals are finding themselves to be in competition with very young and fast growing enterprises.
Europe makes a bad job of entrepreneurship. A comparison of the top 100 listed companies at the beginning and end of the Twentieth Century shows the Europe is being ruled by the Establishment, whereas in the US a completely new generation of entrepreneurs has risen. Stimson wants to contribute to innovative entrepreneurship in Europe.
Stimson believes in a no-nonsense corporate culture where people simply work hard because they like it, are willing to take responsibilities and risks, and where everyone participates in a continuous renewal of the organization.
